SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing Time

The shipping time listed at checkout reflects the estimated transit time once your order has shipped, not the time from when the order is placed.

Orders placed before 7:00 AM Eastern Time will typically ship the same business day unless:

  • The item is marked as a Pre-Order

  • The order is placed on a weekend or holiday

  • The product description indicates a longer processing window

Orders placed after 7:00 AM ET, or on weekends/holidays, will ship on the next business day.

International Orders

International shipments may take up to 6 weeks to arrive, depending on destination and customs processing.

Some countries require VAT, duties, or customs fees upon delivery.
These charges are not included in the shipping cost at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

SMLXL and our clients cannot predict or control these fees.

Split Orders

We do not split orders by default.

However:

  • Some stores may ship items from multiple warehouse locations, resulting in separate packages for the same order.

  • If your order includes a Pre-Order item, the entire order will be held and shipped together when the Pre-Order item is ready—unless you request a split shipment.

Customers requesting a split shipment will be invoiced for additional shipping charges.
